Service always good. Our favorite broth is tom yum! They have 31% discount if you come after 9pm. Also they offer AYCE options for $32.99++ before 5pm Mon-Thu (not on public holiday). Make sure you try their kobe beef and crispy pork! Place is clean and spacious. They also have restroom inside the restaurant. Ice cream $1/each, unlimited sauce!

Second time coming to Haidilao (1st time in Century City), and the service was just as great as the first time! Our friends from out of town loved the ambiance and food. They will definitely be visiting the one in Bay Area! We got a four selection pot and the different spices were the perfect levels for each of us (ranging from super spicy to slightly spicy). The food selection was great and the tablet was convenient to use. The noodle dance and the other dance was an added bonus to our dinner.

this place is located inside the mall with lots of parking outside. There is good music when you walk in servers are welcoming and quick. They are friendly and consistently check in on you without being too pushy. They are cleanly. there is a self serve sauce bar and you order on an iPad. We got the mala base pot and that was a good spice level. The seafood was fresh and they give decent size portions.

If you're craving hot pot, this is the place. From the moment we walked in, the aroma alone had us excited. The broth options are rich and flavorful -- we went with the spicy Sichuan and the herbal mushroom, and both were perfection. You can really taste the depth in the soup bases. The ingredient selection was fresh and well-stocked: thinly sliced beef, lamb, fresh shrimp, handmade fish balls, and a ton of veggie options. Don't even get me started on the dipping sauce bar -- I could have spent 10 minutes just mixing combos. Service was super friendly and fast, and the vibe was cozy but lively. Prices were reasonable for the quality and portions.

It's my first time at Haidilao Hotpot. This location has all you can eat during the morning and lunch. For the broth, I chose miso and sukiyaki, it's flavorful. If you say certain secret codes, you get prizes. I did. I recommend this hotpot spot to anyone for a first time experience and with family. It's great for all ages.

Came for the all you can eat hot pot! Order what you like on the tablet and the servers will bring your veggies and meats. There's a sauce bar (extra) and lots of snacks you can take to go as well as ice cream. Each person gets their own soup but you can mix and match in the four quadrants of the soup. Since our party had only two, the other two had boiling water for our veggies. The meats were pretty high quality and you get pretty satisfied. We liked the pork belly and the angus briskets. The shrimp paste was great too if you get the higher tier package. Too bad the mall is dying though, but that means lots of parking!
